Membership Meeting and Executive Board Nominations

Please join us Thursday, April 22nd at 7p for an online Membership Meeting via Zoom.
In addition to our standard business, we will also be voting on the 2021-2022 Meadow Creek PTA Executive Board.

In order to attend this virtual meeting, registration is REQUIRED. You will receive the Zoom meeting link upon registration. Online attendance is required to vote.

The Nominating Committee has met and created the slate of officers for the 2021-2022 Executive Board. If any person would like to run from the floor they must submit their interest 3 days prior to the Election Meeting.

It’s Yearbook Time!

The pandemic may have meant fewer in-person activities, but it definitely didn’t mean fewer memories!

Our yearbook team has been working overtime to make sure we have a yearbook filled with everything our Dolphins have been up to, both in-person and at home!

Yearbooks are on sale now! $20 for soft-cover and $25 for hard-cover.
And they’ll be delivered to school before summer vacation. Get yours now!

2021-22 PTA Executive Board Nominations

Join the Meadow Creek Elementary PTA Executive Board!

The Meadow Creek PTA is looking for new members and we’d love to have you!

The term starts July 1st and concludes on June 30th. All positions are open and are 1-year terms.
You may apply for up to 3 positions. Positions will be filled by the nominating committee.

The last day to submit Slate Nomination forms for the 2021-22 school year is March 31, 2021. The slate will be voted on by the membership at the April 22 PTA Membership meeting. The slate will be posted by the nominating committee, no less than 10 days prior to the meeting.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Meadow Creek PTA member
  • Must attend monthly board meetings
  • Must be willing to attend ongoing PTA training
  • Must be willing to volunteer at various PTA sponsored functions
